Her transition from studying chemistry at Paris Diderot University (Paris 7) to specialized training at the École Supérieure du Parfum reflects both discipline and a clear dedication to mastering her craft.

With more than ten years of experience in the fragrance industry, Schnirer has developed a reputation for her daring and innovative approach. As co-founder of MS Lab Parfums alongside her sister Chloé, she has embraced a more personal and collaborative vision of perfumery, working closely with clients to create bespoke scents. Earlier in her career, her work at Maelstrom highlighted her ability to challenge traditional fragrance structures while maintaining elegance and balance.

Schnirer’s body of work reflects a wide-ranging versatility. Her collaboration with Oli Marlow on 21 Conduit St for Jovoy Paris reinterprets traditional lavender through a modern lens. The fragrance combines a dual lavender accord with bright citrus notes, fir balsam, and a soft, amaretto-like sweetness, offering a contemporary take on classic British perfumery.

With Pavillon Rouge, also for Jovoy, she explores richer, more daring territory. This composition blends whiskey and rum with leather, tobacco, and warm spices, creating a bold and immersive olfactory experience that evokes adventure and refinement in equal measure.

Her collaborations extend to respected niche houses such as BDK Parfums, Chabaud Maison de Parfum, and Teo Cabanel. Across these projects, Schnirer demonstrates her ability to move seamlessly between styles—from radiant white florals to deep, woody oriental compositions.
